four summer workouts designed to best prepare the boys for high school tryouts!
The goal of FCU's Boys High School Tryout Preparation is to increase player endurance, improve on ball confidence, improve speed of play, and receive the repetition necessary to go into tryouts feeling sharp and ready to go!
The four night summer workouts will focus on...
- Endurance Training
- Position Specific Training
- Improving All-Around Technique
- Providing High Repetition Skill Training
- Improving Speed of Play with Small Sided Games

Preparation is key to a great tryout, so come ready to work.
- Dates: Monday, July 30 - Thursday, August 2, 2018
- Times: 6:00 - 8:00pm
- Location: Fox Meadow Fields
- Age Divisions: All Rising 9th - 12th Grade Boys
the on field format:
four session format:
Day 1: Hit the Ground Running
- 6:00-6:30: Dynamic Warm Up & Endurance Training
- 6:30-7:00: High Intensity Skill Work
- 7:00-8:00: Variety of Small Sided & Full Field Game Play
Day 2: let's play
- 6:00-6:30: Speed Warm Up & Agility Workouts
- 6:30-7:00: Positional Training & Possession
- 7:00-8:00: Small Sided Competition
Day 3: increase the level
- 6:00-6:45: Dynamic Warm Up & Endurance
- 6:45-7:15: On Ball Training & Agility Circuits
- 7:15-8:00: Games
Day 4: Final Preparations
- 6:00-6:30: On Ball Warm Up & Dynamic Stretching
- 6:30-7:00: Positional Training
- 7:00-8:00: Small Sided Competitions & Full Sided Games
