Week 1 Training: Conditioning Camp

Day 1: Welcome Party

  • 6:00 - 6:30: Dynamic Warm Up & Endurance Training
  • 6:30 - 7:00: Speed and Agility Workout
  • 7:00 - 8:00: Ball Work Fitness
 

Day 1: Hit the Ground Running

  • 6:00 - 6:30: Dynamic Warm Up & Endurance Training
  • 6:30 - 7:00: High Intensity Skill Work
  • 7:00 - 8:00: Variety of Small Sided & Full Field Game Play
     

Day 2: Set A Base

  • 6:00 - 6:30: Dynamic Warm Up with Ball
  • 6:30 - 7:00: Beep Test
  • 7:00 - 8:00: Ball Work/ 1v1 Games
 

Day 2: let's play

  • 6:00 - 6:30: Speed Warm Up & Agility Workouts
  • 6:30 - 7:00: Positional Training & Possession
  • 7:00 - 8:00: Small Sided Competition
     

Day 3: Push the Body

  • 6:00 - 6:45: Dynamic Warm Up & Endurance
  • 6:45 - 7:15: Full Body Workout
  • 7:15 - 8:00: 5v5 Games
 

Day 3: increase the level

  • 6:00 - 6:45: Dynamic Warm Up & Endurance
  • 6:45 - 7:15: On Ball Training & Agility Circuits
  • 7:15 - 8:00: Games
     

Day 4: Final Preparations

  • 6:00 - 6:30: On Ball Warm Up & Dynamic Stretching
  • 6:30 - 7:20: Positional Fitness/ Agility
  • 7:20 - 8:00: Small Sided Competitions & Full Sided Games
