The Committed Summer Program is designed for current college players, committed college bound players, or elite level prospective college players to maximize their off-season training during the summer season and enter the Fall pre-season at peak performance.
The Committed Program includes on ball technical training, speed and agility, conditioning, and small sided & full side game play.
*If current collegiate players have Conditioning packets from their respective schools, they can choose to perform the planned sessions in a team atmosphere with other committed players.
