BOYS & GIRLS GOALKEEPERS: 2013 - 2005 (U12 - U19)

*Players will be put in age/skill appropriate training groups in order to maximize repetition & player development

WHAT

  • Technical: Shot Stopping | Catching | Throwing | Diving | Body Positioning
  • Coordination: Hand/Eye | Balance & Core | Agility | Footwork Speed
  • Feet: First Touch | Distribution | Striking | Punting Technique
  • Mental: Discipline | Confidence | Concentration

 

The FCU Goalkeeper Camps are designed for the serious goalkeeper looking for a high-level training environment! The FCU Goalkeeper Camps will include instruction from FCU's Top Goalie Coaches. Players will receive goalie specific training in all aspects of the position and leave with a heightened sense of what it takes to become a top goalkeeper.
